I've had the opportunity to work on several projects with Karilyn, where she served as the lead architect, and I worked directly with her as the electrical engineer and consultant. Besides having an approachable and pleasing personality, Karilyn is able to effectively communicate with consultants in order to advance the project in the best interests of her employer and her clients. She has an awareness of detail, yet she keeps the required perspective on the end goal of bringing a project to full and timely completion.
